At Kusala Healing Arts, I offer somatic-based therapies for those seeking relief from stress, anxiety, fatigue, or chronic musculoskeletal pain. Through hands-on and sound-based practices I help you drop beneath the noise and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence.

Chinese Medicine

Channel palpation, and acupressure — followed by tui na, gua sha, and cupping — supporting harmony, vitality, and whole-person care (excluding needling pending licensure).

Sound Healing

On-the-body sound work with therapeutic-grade metal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and shamanic drumming — guiding you into deep stillness, restorative silence, or altered states of consciousness.

Hands-on Therapies

Integrative approaches including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Work, and Somatic Unwinding — providing deep renewal, relieving tension, and nurturing authentic healing.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

At Kusala Healing Arts, Vibrational Sound Therapy is more than sound — it’s a path to stillness, balance, and healing. In this one-minute introduction, you’ll experience how therapeutic-grade metal singing bowls are placed directly on the body, allowing vibration and resonance to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

The Fire Inside

The Fire Inside is an upcoming podcast inspired by the inner flame found in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine traditions–the metabolic fire that supports life, creative awareness, and somatic intelligence. From there, the conversations open into the world of contemporary glassmaking, where fire and heat shape material through rhythm, attention, and intention.

Bringing together integrative healing and glass art, the podcast explores how healing and glass art speak a shared language of personal transformation. In the bodymind and the studio, tending the flame becomes a way of listening more closely, feeling more deeply, and revealing the transformative power of the healing arts–one piece at a time.
